Effective immediately, AlaCOMP’s out-of-state payroll requirement for Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee has changed. Midwest Casualty, our out-of-state coverage partner, has amended our program and now allows a 50/50 payroll split for Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
