Waivers of Subrogation
AlaCOMP provides both Blanket and Specific Waivers of Subrogation.
AlaCOMP’s Waivers Automatically renew. You do not need to request an annual renewal. Once the Waiver is in place, it renews! You only have to touch an AlaCOMP Waiver once!
AlaCOMP can also provide a 30-day Notice of Cancellation Endorsement.
The endorsement provides 30-day notice for any reason other than non-payment, which is ten days, and the endorsement fee is $50.
Annual Waiver fees are:
- $250 for a Blanket Waiver
- $25 for a Specific Waiver
