Helpful Tips: OSHA ELECTRONIC FILING
By now, all members should be aware of the requirement to electronically file OSHA 300 forms. Members may not know this filing is not retroactive. If the 2018 300A form is not yet filed, do not attempt to file. First, the system will not allow this filing. Second, attempts to file may flag the account for failure to meet filing requirements. Instead, document the missed filing, or lack of prior knowledge of the E-file requirement. Make sure the document is accurately completed and available for inspection.
