AlaCOMP can write cross-border exposures for Alabama companies with a minimum payroll of $1,000 annually (ensuring that employers are adequately covered when operating outside the state of Alabama.)

For a cross-border policy in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Mississippi, only 50% of an employer’s payroll needs to be in Alabama. For all other states, 60% of payroll must be in Alabama.
