Waivers of Subrogation
AlaCOMP can provide Waivers of Subrogation, both Specific and Blanket.
Annual Waiver fees are:
- $250 for Blanket Waiver
- $25 for Specific Waiver
AlaCOMP can also provide a 30-day Notice of Cancellation Endorsement. The endorsement provides 30-day notice for any reason other than non-payment, which is 10 days, and the endorsement fee is $50.
