UPDATE: United States Supreme Court Strikes Down OSHA ETS on Covid-19 Vaccines and Testing
This is an update to the email sent on January 7th, 2022, regarding the OSHA Covid-19 Vaccine and Testing ETS. On Thursday, January 13th, 2022, The United States Supreme Court struck down the OSHA emergency temporary standard concerning Covid-19 vaccination requirements and testing for employers with 100 or more employees.
