Modified/light duty is a great platform to implement in your workplace to help injured employees who are not fully recovered (per their doctor) return to work with limited capacity duties. We understand there are certain places of business that do not have the ability to implement modified/light duty for injured workers. AlaCOMP offers on their Online Safety Library the LMS system that the employers can set up specific online training in place of modified/light duty for injured workers.
