Please remember: all workers’ compensation claims should be filed directly through AlaCOMP and not paid out of pocket with the expectation of later reimbursement.
We understand every situation is unique, but following AlACOMP's claims process ensures smooth handling and protects you and your employees.
Management will review claims submitted late with a request for reimbursement of bills/lost wages to determine if and in what amount reimbursement will be provided.
Always report claims to AlaCOMP as soon as possible to avoid delays, compliance issues, or unnecessary out-of-pocket costs.
