Have you heard of the Focus Four? The Focus Four are recognized by OSHA as the reasons the majority of injuries occur in the construction industry. These hazards include falls, caught-in-between, struck-by, and electrical. In this series, AlaCOMP’s Loss Control Department will discuss each of the Focus Four hazards and explain how your team can put control measures in place to protect your employees from these common injury causes.
In the first video of this series, Loss Control Consultant, Kyle Maske will be introducing the Focus Four series and diving into fall hazards in the construction industry. Kyle will explain common reasons for fall injuries and the measures that can be implemented to reduce the likelihood and severity of fall-related claims.
